3. If a Russian private agent is only an intermediary, be sure to meet with him and the landlord on the territory of the rented object, ask for the originals of title documents for the property. Ask clarifying questions about the deadlines for the completion of the object, other important points and record everything.

4. A good option is cooperation with large agencies that have been working on the island for more than a year and have won the respect of customers. To make sure the company is reliable, chat with people who have already dealt with these realtors.

5. To find out more useful information about the agency, you can search for the company's representative office on the Internet. This could be a website, a social media page, or a blog. You also need to read the reviews of the company's customers, but here you should be careful, as some sin with fake reviews. If you are confused by the review, try to write to the person who left it, ask about the experience of cooperation. Of course, they can deceive here too, but the chances are still less.
